We are currently looking for experienced Retail Team Leaders to join a leading pharmacy group in the UAE.
Role Overview:
The role involves overseeing the operations, sales performance, and people management of a cluster of pharmacies, ensuring achievement of targets, compliance with company policies and UAE regulations, and delivering excellent customer experience across all branches.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Area Manager
Previous experience managing a cluster/group of approximately 10–20 pharmacies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Sales-driven and performance-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Mandatory)
Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
